FRAME was developed out of frustration with governance programmes that produced documentation but not accountability. After running multiple large-scale AI and data initiatives, a pattern emerged: most governance failures were not technical. They were structural. The wrong people held decision rights. Metrics measured activity instead of outcomes. Nobody owned the renewal cycle. FRAME was designed to fix that.
AAEF
AI Agent Evaluation Framework
AI agents are doing real work. Answering customer queries, drafting contracts, processing invoices, routing compliance alerts, making decisions that affect people and organisations every day. Yet most organisations that deploy them have no formal way of knowing whether they are performing well. AAEF closes that gap. It treats AI agents as labour, not software.
Data Governance
Data governance is not a project. It is an operating discipline. The gap between organisations that describe data governance and those that implement it is almost always the same: roles without real accountability, policies without enforcement mechanisms, and no defined renewal cycle.
Our approach builds data governance programmes that function in practice — from the governance committee structure down to data quality metrics and lineage standards. Designed to meet PDPA, GDPR, and sector-specific regulatory requirements across ASEAN.
Agentic AI
The shift from AI tools to AI agents changes everything about governance. An agent does not wait for a prompt. It acts, makes decisions, calls tools, and produces outputs with downstream consequences. Most enterprise governance frameworks were not designed for this. Our agentic AI practice was.
